Once your VPS is provisioned, you'll receive an email with your server IP, root password, and port number. Connect using: ssh root@your-server-ip. We recommend setting up SSH keys and disabling password authentication for security.
Update your domain's nameservers to the ones provided in your hosting welcome email. If your domain is registered with us, this is automatic. For external domains, set an A record pointing to your hosting server's IP address. DNS changes typically propagate within 1-4 hours.
Configure the AWS CLI with your S3 access keys and our endpoint: aws configure, then set the endpoint URL to https://s3.computers2go.cloud. Full setup instructions are in the documentation.
We guarantee 99.99% uptime — that's under 53 minutes of allowed downtime per year. If we fall short, you'll receive service credits automatically. Our infrastructure runs on redundant fiber with automatic failover and generator + UPS power backup.
Yes. Log in to the billing portal, navigate to your active service, and click "Upgrade/Downgrade." The price difference is prorated automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our payment provider. All transactions are encrypted and we never store your full card number.
Log in to the billing portal, go to your active service, and click "Request Cancellation." Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
